Location and forecasts
Location permission is optional. If you allow precise or approximate location, the app uses a foreground fix to select a nearby tide station and request conditions for that point. It can locate on launch and refresh after returning to the app while you still follow the GPS spot. You can turn automatic location off, deny permission, or choose a point on the map instead. The app does not request or access background location.

The selected latitude and longitude, whether obtained from GPS or chosen manually, are sent over HTTPS to Open-Meteo's weather and marine APIs. Their servers also receive ordinary network information such as your IP address. Tide, sun, moon and fishing calculations use bundled data on your device without a server request. Model tide and weather forecasts require the third-party services.

Maps and place search
Opening or moving the map requests the visible map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Tile coordinates describe the area you view and can indicate an approximate location. Photon receives the text you explicitly submit for a place search. Both services receive your IP address and an app-identifying User-Agent. The app does not send a device identifier, account identifier, advertising identifier, or your saved spot names. Avoid putting confidential information into a public place search.

These providers operate their own services and may retain operational logs according to their policies. We do not claim their processing is ephemeral or that they keep no logs.

Local storage and deletion
Your current/saved spots, settings, forecasts and viewed map tiles are stored in this app's private storage. Forecasts are cached for at most 30 locations; old entries can be replaced. Place-search results are held in memory, with up to 50 queries, and disappear when the process ends. Android cloud backup and device-transfer backup are disabled for this app's data. Clear the app's storage in Android settings or uninstall it to remove its local data. Revoking location permission stops future GPS access; it does not erase already saved spots. This app has no server account and therefore no account-deletion process.

Accounts, analytics and advertising
AIBlack operates no backend for the Android app and does not receive your in-app location or search requests. The Android app has no sign-in, advertising, analytics or tracking SDK, and does not sell your data. Requests necessary for maps, searches and forecasts are made directly to the providers above. Opening the website/support link uses your browser and is subject to the website's separate practices.

Children
The app is a general-purpose fishing and weather tool, not directed at children under 13. It does not ask for age, name, email address or other profile information.

定位与预报
定位权限为可选项。允许精确或大致位置后，应用只在前台获取位置，用于选择附近潮汐站和请求该点的天气、海况。应用可以在启动时定位；返回前台且仍使用 GPS 钓点时，可以刷新位置。你可以关闭自动定位、拒绝权限，或在地图上选点。应用不申请或访问后台定位。

无论坐标来自 GPS 还是地图选点，选中地点的经纬度都会通过 HTTPS 发送至 Open-Meteo 的天气和海况 API。服务方还会接收到 IP 地址等常规网络信息。测站潮汐、日出日落、月相和钓况评分使用设备内的数据计算，不需要发送请求；模型潮汐和天气预报依赖第三方服务。

地图与地点搜索
打开或移动地图时，应用会向 OpenStreetMap 请求当前可见区域的地图瓦片。瓦片坐标反映查看的区域，可能表明大致位置。Photon 会接收你主动提交的地点搜索文字。这两类服务都会收到 IP 地址和标识本应用的 User-Agent。应用不发送设备标识、账户标识、广告标识或已保存的钓点名称。请勿在公共地点搜索中输入机密信息。

这些服务独立运营，可能按照各自政策保留运行日志。我们不宣称服务方仅作临时处理，也不宣称其不保存日志。

本地存储与删除
当前/已保存钓点、设置、预报和已查看的地图瓦片保存在应用私有存储中。预报最多缓存 30 个地点，较旧条目可能被替换。地点搜索结果仅缓存在内存中，最多 50 条查询，进程结束后消失。应用数据不参与 Android 云备份或设备迁移备份。在安卓设置中清除应用数据，或卸载应用，可以删除本地数据。撤回定位权限会停止后续 GPS 访问，但不会删除已保存钓点。本应用没有服务器账户，因此没有账户注销流程。

账户、统计与广告
AIBlack 没有为安卓应用运营后台，也不接收应用内的位置或搜索请求。安卓应用没有登录、广告、统计分析或跟踪 SDK，不出售你的数据。地图、搜索和预报请求直接发送至上述服务方。打开官网或支持链接时会使用浏览器，网站本身的数据处理规则另行适用。

儿童
本应用是通用钓鱼与天气工具，并非面向 13 岁以下儿童的产品。应用不询问年龄、姓名、邮箱或其他个人资料。
